Anxiety/Trauma/Emotional Recovery

45 Minutes - $90



In a structured way through Emotional Resolution (EmRes®) we work together enabling your body to very simply, non-invasive and permanently release emotions around an event or relationship without having to talk it through or relive it.

In addition to freedom and relaxation, you will leave a session with simple, powerful tools to utilize daily. These tools will empower you to focus and realign additional stressors until we can address them individually.

​EmRes allows the brain to permanently update its outdated prediction by consciously observing the obsolete interoceptive prediction from a sage, present-day perspective.


45 Minutes - $90



These beneficial sessions are effective pre or post-surgery, post injury – current and historical ones, trauma from falls, combat or abuse. We utilize a unique formula with proven techniques to create a safe place for brain retraining and reintegration. Movement reeducation and mobility may be incorporated. Multiple sessions are recommended for previous injury or trauma.

Movement/Balance/Vision Therapy

Using a brain-based training system protocol, sessions are custom tailored to your needs. Life athletes and professional athletes benefit from scientific brain-based understanding of HOW to see accelerating balance and movement. For most of us, sight is inborn, vision is learned. Our brains have the potential to map and maintain an accurate picture of the body and its systems. Over time, through stress, trauma and injury, we develop Sensory Motor Amnesia.

In a Movement/Balance/Vision session, we will discover the areas of the brain and body not functioning at maximum effectiveness. Through a proven protocol, we reeducate, rehabilitate and restore mobility, vision, and/or balance.

Brain Integration Therapy (BIT)

BIT is a specific pattern of physical activity using eyes to stimulate the brain in a specific way. teaching all parts of the brain to work together more efficiently and effectively.  This therapy as a stand-alone technique requires 7 to 10 weekly sessions and exercises done at home. This technique often overlaps into other sessions.


Fast Aid Session



My clients use this in emergency or high stress times in between scheduled appointments or maintenance.

A 20-25 minute session is available to bring body communication to an effective supportive level or overcome an single challenge. Allows a simple quick approach without a scheduled appointment.

Wellness Maintenance




This session is for relaxation, balancing of the body/brain, and routine maintenance. An established protocol is utilized for any small alignments the body complex needs to make for increased communication and efficiency. My clients call this “healing nap time”. Most clients, relax on my table and fall asleep while the body reestablishes energy levels, system synchronicity and healing communication.
